 Nar Phu valley trek is opened for the tourist s since 2003 AD, which takes to you the remote part of Nepal densely populated by Nepalese Tibetans who depend on livestock. Trekking to this exotic land offers medieval Tibetan culture in undisturbed form, dramatic mountains view and great alpine sceneries. Nar Phu valley treks start from Syange following the world popular trekking routes Annapurna Circuits trail and branch off from Koto to follow the off the beaten track to Nar phu valley in the north of Manang and pass the Kang La pass with magnificent panorama of Annapurna massifs . The Kang La pass links Nar with Manang and 3 other Bhotia villages in the Neyshang valley. Especially Nar Phu Valley Trek popular as non touristic destination and also rich in typical cultural heritage. Traditional life style wonderful nomad landscape rewards one of the best exploration journey in remote hidden mountain valley.

 Normally Nar Phu valley trekking is possible to make program Itinerary two ways that mean who have longer holiday they includes on their itinerary Kongla pass at 5200m the magnificent panorama view of Annapurna massif appears remote and forbidding. The Kangla pass links Nar with Manang and three other Bhotia villages in the Marsyangdi valley.

When they reach in Manang village they follow the trek trail continue to Tilicho Lake wich is highest lake of the world (5200m) and Mesokanto Pass (5110m) to Jomsom and some trekkers after arrive at Manang village they continue trekking to Annapurna circuit - cross Thorung La Pass (5416m) and finished treks in Jomsom then flight to Pokhara or they continue trekking to Annapurna loop including Ghorepani Poon Hill.

Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu airport & transfer hotel
Day 02: Full day site seen and preparing your trekking permit. 
Day 03: Drive to Shyange 5.5 hrs.- Lodge. 
Day 04: Trek to Dharapani 1943m.- 5.5 hrs.- Lodge.
Day 05: Trek to Koto 2700m. - 5 hrs.-  Lodge 
Day 06: Trek to Dharmasala 2800m. -5.5 hrs.-Camping
Day 07: Trek to Kyang 3700m. - 5 hrs- Camping
Day 08: Trek to Phu valley 4060m. - 5 hrs.- Camping
Day 09: Explore the phu valley. 
Day 10: Trek to Mahendra bridge gompa 2900m. 6 hrs. -Camping. 
Day 11: Trek to Nar village - 3200m. 3 hra. - Camping
Day 12: Trek to Kangla fedi - 3 4430m. 3.5 hrs. - Camping.
Day 13: Trek to Ngawal 3600m. via Kang la pass 5300m. 6 hrs. - lodge. 
Day 15: Trek to Manang village 3500m. - 4 hrs. – Lodge. 
Day 16: Trek to Yak kharka 3900m. - 4 hrs. – Lodge. 
Day 17: Trek to Thorong fedi 4460m. - 4 hrs. - Lodge. 
Day 18: Trek to Muktinath 3700m. via Thorong la 5416m. 6/7 hrs - lodge.
Day 19: Trek to Jomsom 2800m. - 6 hrs. - lodge. 
Day 20: Fly to Pokhara 30 minut, or drive 8/9 hrs.- hotel b/b.

Day 21: Drive to Kathmandu. Hotel b/b.

Day 22: Fly back to your home as your schedule.
